Colin Mackrill - Managing Director 

Colin has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants since 1981, having studied 
at the Birmingham City University. He spent the earlier part of his career at ICL (now Fujitsu), working in 
various Senior Financial positions, culminating in the position of European Financial Controller of 
Service Logistics. He joined Triage Services as Finance Director when it was formed in 1998. In 2007 
he was part of the Management Team that completed a secondary MBO. In January 2010 he was
appointed Managing Director.

Steve Ralph – Operations Director

Prior to joining Triage, Steve held several senior operational roles within the ICL Group, where he honed 
his outstanding project, operational and logistics capabilities. A highly regarded and charismatic leader, 
with the ability to engage at all levels, Steve inspires his team to perform at their very best even 
when working under extreme pressure.
