Founded in January 1998, following an MBO of the ICL Sorbus UK repair operation, Triage Services has rapidly established itself as a leading multi-vendor retail and desktop products repair provider.
By 2000 we had expanded our services, providing repair solutions for electronic point of sale products for the hospitality and retail industries.
In 2002 we launched our repair and refurbishment services for banking technology products, including ATMs. We also opened a dedicated Networking Centre of Excellence at our Houghton Regis engineering centre facility to support the repair of an extensive range of network products.
In March 2003, the Triage Services Group acquired Orderlogic Limited, a scanner and auto ID repair specialist based in Wokingham.
To support our continued expansion into new IT service sectors, in 2007 Triage Services underwent a secondary MBO and Mike Norris, Chief Executive of IT infrastructure services company Computacenter, joined us as a Non-Executive Chairman.
