Steve Ralph – Operations Director

Prior to joining Triage, Steve held several senior operational roles within the ICL Group, where he honed his outstanding project, operational and logistics capabilities. A highly regarded and charismatic leader, with the ability to engage at all levels, Steve inspires his team to perform at their very best ― even when working under extreme pressure.

Colin Mackrill - Finance Director and Company Secretary

A certified accountant, Colin has led the financial and commercial aspects of Triage since he joined the business in 1998. His successful track record in delivering positive financial results and business value growth has been achieved through strong financial and commercial management, with a particular emphasis on cash. He also oversees the human resources and IT functions within Triage.

Prior to joining Triage Colin held a number of senior finance positions within the ICL group, including European Logistics Controller.
